个人简介

陈庆，女，中共党员，微电子与固体电子学专业博士，讲师，西安邮电大学电子科学与技术专业硕士生导师。2016年毕业于西安电子科技大学，获得微电子学与固体电子学专业工学博士学位。现工作于bte365官网在线投电路与电子技术基础教学部，主讲《电路分析基础》，《数字逻辑课程设计》等课程。主要研究方向为宽禁带半导体材料与器件、太赫兹半导体材料与器件和隧穿场效应晶体管器件，目前主要从事的研究工作为隧穿场效应晶体管的关键机理、结构设计、器件实现方法及应用研究。今年来在国际国内期刊上发表相关论文10篇，其中被SCI检索8篇、EI检索2篇；授权/申请国家发明专利5余项；主持陕西省自然科学基金一项，参与多项国家自然科学基金面上项目及陕西省自然科学基金面上项目。与西安电子科技大学宽禁带半导体实验室建立长期合作与共同研究工作。

研究方向

半导体材料及器件的建模仿真与实验研究。

教学方向

承担本科生课程“电路分析基础”、“数字逻辑课程设计”等的教学工作。
